كۆنگره‌ی 15ی حیزبی دێموكراتی كوردستانی ئێران کۆتایی پێهات وئەندامانی ڕێبەی هەڵبژێردران
ڕۆژی جومعه،14ی خه‌زه‌ڵوه‌ری 1391، له یه‌که‌مین کۆبوونه‌وه‌ی كۆمیته‌ی ناوه‌ندی هه‌ڵبژێردراوی كۆنگره‌ی 15دا، مسته‌فا هیجری بۆ جاری سێهەم به سكرتێری گشتیی حیزبی دێموكرات هه‌ڵبژێردرایه‌وه.
مسته‌فا هیجری، له‌دایكبووی 1324ی هه‌تاوی (1945) له شاری نه‌غه‌ده‌‌و لیسانسی ئه‌ده‌بیاتی فارسی له زانكۆی تاران وه‌رگرتووه. ناوبراو جگه له زمانی دایكی واته كوردی، له زمانه‌كانی فارسی، توركی ئازه‌ری‌‌و ئینگلیسی شاره‌زایه.
